![]() It is really fucking bad and keeps him from IMO being the best SOR1 character. His main negative is that he has absolutely horrible throw range. His combos don't seem quite as good as Axels but he's got a bit of extra crowd control in being able to knock people down front with the 3rd hit of his combo and still tag people behind him with the very long ranged 4th which can also be delayed if needed. SOR1 Adam has a really long ranged jump kick. His jump kick does a lot of damage and all SOR1 characters have a jump arc that the enemies seem to have a bit of difficulty dealing with. STREETS OF RAGE 4 CHARACTERS FULLAgainst wall if you manage to time it right you can get a full combo as a juggle from a full combo. SOR1 Axel is pushing out simple damage really well. That being said, the satisfaction of doing a dash into a forward jump kick is just too. I am still mad they claim he is an SoR3 character yet he controls more like an SoR2 counterpart without vertical rolling/hopping. But also has plenty of frames open to get pot shots. However I feel as though his power is one that can only be properly wielded by more skilled players, as it lures you into a false sense of security in dealing out damage. His dash is outstanding, and the fact that he can burst into a quick knockdown combo at the end is very powerful. The fact that he can no longer pick up and subsequently wear down weapons is a real shame, and getting my ass kicked in the dojo was a frequent occurrence. Shiva is great, he is a gift of a character to play as. SoR3 Skate has a much worse forward special if you ask me, but he seems like he can dole out more damage overall. Not to mention the penchant for getting knocked off of elevators. ![]() However the fact that their grabs seem to leave them open to being attacked a lot more now seems problematic. Both control amazingly, there's a lot of run and gun action with these characters. Not to mention his back attack is second to none if you ask me. The fact that he can juggle and then punch through an enemy is great on lower difficulties, or with co-op. And his combo is really strong, even if his aerial skills need some work. SoR4 Adam, his dash makes moving around as him so much better than any other SoR4 character ( including Cherry ). The only other characters I have put in a decent bit of time have been. SoR1 Blaze has a great jump kick that when timed right can take out larger swaths of enemies, and Knife Galsia with relative ease, in fact all of the Blaze versions have a strong jump kick. A lot of SoR3 characters, save for Skate, feel extremely slow in this game. SoR2 Blaze is much like SoR3's, except she is a little slower to control, and without the run and roll she seems a bit stifled. The absolute most cheese of a character is SoR3 Blaze, her blitz attack can pull enemies out of the air and can help her get through guarding enemies to grab them from behind for punishing grabs. ![]() Right now I have had the absolute most success with SoR4 Blaze, her range is almost unparalleled, and she doles out hounds of damage, especially if you can get the hang of her aerial special, which is the best in the game in my opinion. ![]()
